Janusz Wawrowski, the violin virtuoso, and Lithuanian composer Gediminas Gelgotas present their latest album, Consonance, which takes listeners on a unique journey through sounds that combine a subtle mood, nostalgia, and the emotions of three closely connected cultures: Lithuanian, Polish, and Ukrainian. The collaboration with Gediminas Gelgotas, soprano Bogumiła Dziel-Wawrowska, and the Lithuanian NICO Ensemble creates an extraordinary atmosphere full of reflection and warm tones. The delicate yet profound compositions of Mikołaj Górecki, Gediminas Gelgotas, and Valentin Silvestrov intertwine, crafting a captivating musical landscape filled with subtle emotions, harmony, and deep feelings.
